Professional use and responsibility
These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the VettConsult platform and all associated services. By creating an account or using VettConsult, you agree to these terms. VettConsult is designed for use by qualified veterinary professionals. All clinical decisions made using information or outputs generated by the platform remain the sole responsibility of the veterinary professional. AI-generated content provided through NALA, SOAPvett, and other features is intended as decision support and does not constitute veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at signup. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods are described on our pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. VettConsult reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in misuse of the platform, or pose security risks. Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract training data from, or circumvent security measures of the platform. Intellectual property rights for content created by users within the platform remain with the user. VettConsult retains rights to the platform software, AI models, and aggregated anonymized data used for service improvement. These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
